	By Subscribering to “Vismaad Movie Services” I agree: To allow Vismaad Pte Ltd to charge on my credit card every month as subscription money for “Vismaad Movie Services” That subscription is chargeable on 5th day of every month. (Subscription signed till 11.59PM of 4th day of a month will start the same month. Example: Subscription signed at 11.59PM of 4-Jan-2011 will be charged on 5-Jan-2011.) That my subscription is non-transferable. That subscription once charged is non-refundable. Cancellation: To stop subscription I must inform minimum 15 days before the next due date via email or stop by visiting my account on RBS Worldpay website using the personal Login/ Password. To view RBS WorldPay member page Click Here That the charge will appear on my credit card statement as “Vismaad Movie Services”. Credit Card charge for Subscriptions is managed using “Recurring Payment” services of RBS WorldPay. To view RBS WorldPay Recurring Payment Click Here Transactional Security: that my Credit Card related data is stored on secure servers of RBS Worldpay only. To view RBS WorldPay transactional security Click Here That Vismaad Pte Ltd doesn’t store any Credit Card related information of the subscribers on its website or servers. That Subscription to Vismaad Movie Services does not qualify for any type of Tax rebates/ exemptions and hence no such certificates/ receipts are issuable. That if my credit card expires, is canceled, is lost or is subject to use without my authorization I will access the Shoppers Management System feature of RBS Worldpay http://www.rbsworldpay.com/shopper/index.php?page=recurring&sub=change&c=IN to update my Subscription Data. That in case of expired Credit Card or Payment Declined my subscription to “Vismaad Movie Services” is liable to be discontinued without notice after one billing cycle unless otherwise I update the new Card Details before start of next charge date. That I will not share my User Login and Passwords with any third party. That Vismaad Pte Ltd reserves the right, to change, modify, add or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time. That such change will be intimated to me via Email only and that I agree to accept those changes, whether or not I have reviewed them. That all disputes related to this subscription agreement is Subject to Singapore jurisdiction.
